What AI models does NexusAI use?
NexusAI uses a combination of proprietary fine-tuned models and leading foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) depending on the task. For document processing, we use specialized vision and OCR models. For text tasks, we use the most capable language model for each specific use case. You don't need to manage or choose models — our agents automatically select the best model.
How accurate are the AI agents?
Accuracy varies by task, but our pre-built agents are extensively tested and optimized. For example, our Invoice Processor has 98.5% accuracy on standard invoices, and our Email Classifier achieves 96% accuracy on typical business email streams. All agents include confidence scores so you can set thresholds and route low-confidence results to human review.

Security & Privacy
Is my data safe with NexusAI?
Absolutely. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never use customer data to train our models. You can choose data residency in the US, EU, or APAC. We also offer on-premise deployment for Enterprise customers.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never use customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve our foundation models. When you train a custom agent, that model is private to your workspace and is not shared with other customers. You can delete your custom models and training data at any time.
Do you support SSO?
Yes, Enterprise plans include SSO support via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC). We integrate with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other identity providers. We also support multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all plans.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose any plan or contact us about custom pricing.
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response time. Pro plans include priority email and live chat with 4-hour response time. Enterprise plans include 24/7 dedicated support with a named account manager and custom SLA (typically 1-hour response for critical issues).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
