What counts as an execution?
An execution is one complete run of a workflow from trigger to completion. If a workflow has 5 steps, that's still one execution. Retries due to errors don't count as additional executions.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. We prorate upgrades but do not refund downgrades.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for annual billing. That's $39/month for Starter (billed $468/year) and $159/month for Pro (billed $1,908/year).
What happens if I exceed my execution limit?
We won't stop your workflows. Overages are billed at $0.02 per additional execution on Starter and $0.01 per execution on Pro. We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit.
Is there a free tier?
We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan for all new accounts. After the trial, you can continue on the Starter plan or upgrade. There is no permanent free tier, but we offer special pricing for startups and non-profits.
